Piano Lab

So, why do so many adults say, “I wish I hadn’t given up piano when I was a kid.” Or, “I took piano for so many years and I don’t play a note.” I think it’s because historically, music has not been presented as the language that it is. It’s just a language. We’ve all learned to speak at least one language. We know we can do it. We know our kids can do it. But when it comes to music, somehow there’s a mystery involved. Maybe it relies on deep passion or talent. And really, it’s just about time. It’s just about investing over time. And here at Piano Lab, we try to make that investment more manageable for families. Um, by doing group classes, the kids are more engaged, the price is more affordable, and at the end, we really achieve a level of fluency and literacy that the kids get to take with them for the rest of their lives. It’s lifelong musicianship that we’re after here. We are open to how they choose to express themselves. What whether they decide to just be a music appreciator or maybe they want to write their own songs or maybe they want to perform. That’s something that we’ll find out along the way. But for now, it’s just about keeping them engaged and making it manageable for the family because we know they can do it and we know we’re equipped to help. So, I hope you’ll book a call with me and we can talk about your goals for your family and we can talk about how our program works and um yeah, I look forward to having that conversation with you.
